Developmental Disabilities Services
BMC has provided state-of-the-art Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities for over
25 years. 
We have helped thousands of individuals reduce dangerous, inappropriate
behaviors, master important functional skills and enhance their ability
to successfully participate in the life of the community. Our Board Certified
Behavior Analysts have expertise in precision functional analysis, reducing
severe, inappropriate behaviors and replacing them with suitable adaptive
behaviors. BMC experts can perform evaluations of psychiatric treatment,
and carry out customized staff and parent training programs. We base
all our treatments on published studies in peer-reviewed journals, many
of which our consultants have authored.
BMC provides direct clinical services to individuals with autism, PDD,
and other developmental disabilities. We work with consumers in their
homes, communities, schools and in structured programs. 
At BMC we develop
effective, easy to implement treatment plans that can be used by families
and support staff on a daily basis. BMC consultants know how to train
parents to use effective behavior management skills to support their
children with special needs.
BMC also provides consultation and training to agencies and programs that serve individuals with developmental disabilities. We have developed a comprehensive, active treatment system that meets Federal and Florida State regulations. BMC staff can teach agency staff to successfully implement this system.
