Understanding human behavior has been the quest of psychology for over one hundred years yet it remains out of the grasp of most parents, teachers, supervisors and managers. At BMC we have been working for over 25-years to develop positive, effective treatments and interventions for a wide variety of behavior problems. Our solution is to start with finding some common causes of behavior problems and then developing solutions that match.

Our consulting team is lead by Maxin Reiss, PhD, a doctoral-trained researcher turned applied behavior analyst whose 25+ years of experience in the field has given her the depth of experience needed to tackle most any problem from a conduct disorded child to classroom that is out of control. Dr. Reiss has contributed frequently to the research literature, has build behavioral systems for large and small organizations, and mentored countless graduate students in the "BMC Way" of approaching referrals professionally, ethically, and with full accountability to the consumer. Our BMC consultants have expertise in severe child behavior disorder, effective autism treatment, classroom management, developmental disabilities and performance management. We are ready to meet with you to size up your situation and make recommendations for treatment and interventions that are fully based on research findings and which we evaluate on line to assure effectiveness.
